Core Protocol Design
Key Components:
ERC-404 Standard: The ERC-404 standard combines ERC-20's divisibility and fungibility with ERC-721's uniqueness and non-fungibility. It allows for the creation, transfer, and management of fractional tokens, ensuring compatibility with existing Ethereum infrastructure.
Smart Contracts: Smart contracts automate the migration, fractionalization, and trading of NFTs. These contracts are designed to be transparent, secure, and efficient. Key functions include NFT burning, fractional token minting, liquidity pool management, and staking mechanisms.
Liquidity Pools: Liquidity pools are created for each partnered and non-partnered NFT collection fractionalized token, paired with the platform’s native token, $404. Automated Market Makers (AMMs) facilitate trading within these pools, ensuring liquidity and stable pricing.
